Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Tigra Sales (the website, application, admin tools, and APIs), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.
If you do not agree, do not use Tigra Sales.
The service
Tigra Sales is a multi-tenant sales CRM. Core functionality includes visual deal boards (pipelines and stages), deals linked to people and organizations, activities and notes, custom fields, team hierarchy and ownership, reporting, automatic deal changelogs, and optional workspace API access. Features may change as we improve the product.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your internal business sales operations, subject to these terms and any plan limits that apply to your workspace.
Accounts, authentication & workspaces
- You typically sign in with Google. You must keep your Google account secure and only use credentials you are authorized to use.
- CRM data lives in workspaces. Access depends on active participation and role (for example admin, team leader, or member).
- Workspace admins are responsible for inviting members, managing roles, and the data their workspace stores.
- You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it if it changes.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account or workspace is compromised, inactive in a way that creates risk, or used in violation of these terms.
Your content & data ownership
You (or your organization) retain ownership of the CRM content you submit — deals, contacts, notes, activities, custom field definitions and values, and similar workspace data (“Customer Content”).
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and back up Customer Content solely to provide and improve the service, enforce these terms, and comply with law. You represent that you have all rights and lawful bases needed to submit Customer Content (including personal data of third parties) and to allow us to process it as described in the Privacy Policy.
We own Tigra Sales software, branding, design, documentation, and all related intellectual property. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the product to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe other workspaces, or interfere with the service’s multi-tenant isolation.
- Reverse engineer, scrape at abusive scale, or resell the service except as we expressly allow.
- Share login access in a way that circumvents per-user licensing or security controls.
- Use the product to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable law.
- Store content you do not have rights to process, or that infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.
API, tokens & integrations
Where your plan and permissions allow, you may use the workspace HTTP API with Bearer tokens to create deals, notes, and custom fields. Tokens are workspace-bound and must be kept secret. You are responsible for activity performed with tokens issued to your workspace.
Optional integrations (for example Google Ads conversion sync) are provided “as available.” Third-party services have their own terms; we are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data handling outside our control. Rate limits, authentication requirements, and endpoint behaviour may change; see the API documentation for current conventions.
Plans, trials & payment
Marketing pages may describe plans (for example Team, Business, Enterprise), pricing, and free trial periods. Trial features, duration, and eligibility may change. Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase or in a separate order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice for renewals. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms for that period.
Availability, changes & support
We aim to keep Tigra Sales available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including beta capabilities) with or without notice, though we will try to avoid unnecessary disruption for production CRM use.
Support channels and response expectations may depend on your plan. Enterprise customers may have separate SLAs agreed in writing.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Forecasting, probability, and reporting features are decision-support tools only; you remain responsible for your sales decisions and for verifying critical data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tigra Sales and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in that period, or (b) one hundred euros (€100), except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Workspace admins may request closure of a workspace through available product or support channels. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, legal risk, or extended inactivity.
On termination, your right to access the service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity where applicable) continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. Courts in Athens, Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have to bring claims in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through your workspace administrator or the support channel provided in the Tigra Sales application.
